The future of longevity:
adding life to years
Thanks to socio-economic progress and advancements in healthcare technologies, life expectancy has increased in recent decades. However, the years gained are often not lived in good health, leading to significant impacts at both individual and societal levels.
To improve the lives of older people, their families, and the communities in which they live, the World Health Organization (WHO) launched the 2021-2030 UN Decade of Healthy Ageing, a program that encourages global collaboration for the prevention of aging.
WellAgeing joins this important mission.
